We provide advice, support and numerous social and healthy living activities to enable our members to live independently and to participate within their communities. Our services grow in response to the needs and aspirations of local older people. Activities include: coffee mornings, luncheon clubs, games, crafts, shopping, day trips, an annual holiday, and many more.
