LOPF is inviting you to apply for a grant of up to £5k for a 12 month project using creative approaches to deliver one priority Public Health message, which can be chosen from the following:

• Mental Health and social isolation
• Physical activity, movement and building strength
• Food and drink
• Men’s Health and wellbeing
