LOPF is a network of third sector organisations working with and for older people since 1994. We want to ensure older people have the opportunities, choices and support they need to live the life they want. LOPF is a registered charity.
Could you be our new CEO?
You will be an inspiring leader who can build on our success and continue to ensure that we place older people at the heart of everything we do. You will be someone who can embrace our vision and values, build on and model our positive culture and commit to the work of the voluntary and community sector in Leeds. An experienced senior manager, you must have the ability to bring about change and set a clear and compelling strategic direction for LOPF.
You should be able to engage with a broad range of stakeholders and partners and build relationships that will contribute strategically to developments that create a positive impact for older people across Leeds.
We are looking for an individual who has the ability to negotiate, influence and operate as a credible and effective ambassador. Diplomatic, tactical and agile, you will be able to work as a partner in Forum Central with a diverse range of members and partners. With sound financial acumen, you must have the ability to identify new opportunities for funding and income development.
Above all you will have a deep-rooted commitment to improving the lives of older people across Leeds.
