It’s been an amazing year here at Time to Shine; we’ve reached so many people and learned so much about how to reduce social isolation. 

We saw some of our 2-year projects come to a close, and today marks the deadline for our next round of commissioning. We are very excited to see who are new delivery partners are going to be and what they will bring to the Time to Shine family. 

The holidays are a complicated time for many people. The festive cheer can be mixed with sadness about loved ones who are no longer with us, declines in health, and other life losses. For individuals who are on their own, this time of year can highlight feelings of loneliness. 

It’s the perfect time to reach out to someone you’ve been meaning to get in touch with, to send a note or a text to a friend you’ve been thinking about, or to call in on a neighbour to see how they’re doing. 

If you’re worried about someone, please get in touch and point them our way; we will do everything we can to help.
