Health for All (Leeds) work in partnership with local government, health services and local people to engage with and improve disadvantaged communities. We are looking for a Project Coordinator for the new Time to Shine Supporting Wellbeing Project, working as part of Health for All’s Healthy Communities team.

Project Coordinator (Ref. 138)
Establish and deliver the Time to Shine – Supporting Wellbeing Project, which has a main focus of addressing social isolation. Primarily reaching out to housebound BME frail Elders in South Leeds. Supporting them in their own homes to feel more connected with the community, helping them to live with dignity, and self-respect. Develop a holistic service for elders by setting up the approach of ‘Team around the Elder’ – linking with other professionals, liaison with them to identify gaps in service provision.
Hours: 25 per week
Salary: £26,000.00 per annum Full Time Equivalent
(Actual salary £18,571.41)
