Well its the last week in August…and therefore the last week of summer?! Say it isn’t so! Its nearly time for me to begin my Christmas countdown…

A quick round up from this weeks ‘What’s New’ for people over 50 living in Leeds.

Cara Cinema Club

September 22nd 10:30am
In association with Burmantofts Senior Action this will be the very first cinema club from Cara. It will be in St Stephens Room at St Agnes Church Hall, 25 Shakespeare Close LS9 7YQ.
It costs just £1 to cover refreshments

Cara’s First Birthday!
11th October – 7:30-10:30pm
Food, Live Music and a special showing of ‘The Quiet Man’ staring John Wayne and Maureen O’ Hara. Come along and help Cara celebrate their first,very successful year!
